We know how it goes - running a gymnastics club is constantly spinning a hundred plates - new enquiries, current member enquiries, class timetables, staff rotas, staff training, email newsletters, competition and event organisation, rec and squad competition entries, social media, website upkeep. It is relentless. 

Even with someone doing the admin, sometimes you need a helping hand to get on top of all the extra things, as well as the day to day.

That is where we come in. 

With 16 years combined competitive gymnastics experience and 18 years combined coaching experience, we know the gymnastics life inside out. 

Not only this, Tayshan, our admin whiz, was Centre Manager of an established Gymnastics Club with over 1000 members and has experience with all aspects of club admin - from inviting trials and dealing with parent enquiries to payroll and HR duties. 

Our Gymnastics Club package is designed specifically for clubs and is 20% cheaper than our regular admin package.

Bronze - 

10 hours per week (40 per month)
  • membership database management
  • waitlist management and booking trials
  • email enquiries
  • monitoring and reporting on membership numbers
  • create and/or maintain an online storage solution for your club e.g onedrive/google drive
 £20 per hour

Silver - 

15 hours per week (60 per month)

All of bronze plus:

  • events organisation e.g- competitions
  • organising staff training
  • newsletters
 £17.50 per hour

Gold - 

20 hours per week (80 per month)

All of bronze and silver plus:

  • website upkeep e.g - monthly updates page
  • social media management
