Okay so before we start I just want to preface this by saying that we promise we know that starting your own company at any age is hard, especially in the current business climate, but there is something specifically hard about being a 20 something year old in business.
When you're in your 20's, you're dealing with a whole different set of challenges. You're still figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to adult properly (something that doesn't come naturally like people claim). And now, on top of all that, you're trying to build a successful business from the ground up. It's like trying to juggle flaming torches while riding a unicycle – not impossible, but definitely a bit of a circus act.
You've decided to take the plunge and start your own business in your 20's. Congratulations! You're embarking on a rollercoaster ride of highs, lows, and everything in between. Get ready for some sleepless nights, endless coffee runs, and a whole lot of trial and error.
Why did I think this was a good idea?
As you sit in your makeshift office (aka your childhood bedroom), surrounded by empty coffee cups and half-eaten snacks, you may start to question your life choices. Why did you think starting a business in your 20's was a good idea? Oh right, because you're young, ambitious, and slightly delusional.
Money, money, money...where art thou? (Shakespeare said this right?)
One of the biggest challenges of starting a business in your 20's is the lack of funds, don't let this stop you though. Start acting like the millionaire version of yourself and you'll feel the success. You've probably been living month to month, trying to scrape together enough money to keep your business afloat. But changing your mindset and knowing that your business is going to be successful is a game changer.

Thank goodness for Google. From figuring out how to register your business to creating a marketing plan, Google is your best friend. Who needs a business degree when you have a whole world of resources in your pocket.
Despite the challenges and the chaos, starting a business in your 20's can be a hilarious adventure. From accidentally sending emails to the wrong person to forgetting to send that invoice on time, every day is a new opportunity to laugh at yourself and learn from your mistakes.
Surround yourself with mentors and advisors who can offer guidance and support. Take advantage of online resources and tools to help you navigate the world of entrepreneurship. And most importantly, believe in yourself and your vision. You've got this!
So, to all the 20-somethings out there embarking on the wild journey of starting a business, remember to embrace the chaos, laugh at the mishaps (they weren't mistakes because it was all a learning journey), and keep hustling. Who knows, maybe one day you'll look back on this time and laugh at how naive you were sometimes. But hey, at least your business is a success now, right?
